UX Designer (not just a UI designer, not just a UI programmer) – Will Train – Recent University Graduate

Someone who can visualize and lay out a customer’s/user’s complete experience with our services
Not just how the UI is laid out
When emails are sent, what are in those emails, what can be done by email
What features are available on each device (mobile web, computer, tablet, SMS, voice, etc.)
When humans are involved, and in which processes (e.g. in the business/license validation process, resetting locked accounts, customer service, etc.)

You must speak and write basic English.

Job Description
UI Designer
Able to design UIs – Figma or similar (this is the art part)
Ideally able to implement in HTML (hard to find someone creative who can also program)
Able to break out a design into individual modules/components to maximize code reuse and have a consistent experience

Strong focus on code maintainability and modularization (code once; use in many places; reduce copy-and-paste)
